Industry

Software for education

Systems for schools, colleges and multi-campus groups — from the first admission enquiry through to the accounts behind it.

What makes education different

Education administration does not resemble general business software. The year is a hard cycle, with intakes, terms and a rollover that has to happen cleanly. Fee structures are rarely a simple price list: there are instalments, concessions, sibling discounts, advances and transport charges that all have to reconcile into the books.

Assessment schemes vary by board and by institution, so grading and report cards cannot be assumed. And the people operating the system are administrators and teachers, not IT staff — which puts a heavier weight on clarity and training than most projects carry.

Scope

What we build for institutions

Admissions

Enquiry capture, application workflow, document collection, lead follow-up and conversion reporting across intakes.

Student records

A single record per student covering academics, attendance, behaviour, documents and history, with alumni retained after they leave.

Attendance

Daily and period-wise capture for students and staff, with exception reporting and parent notification.

Academics & assessments

Timetables, lesson planning, assignments, assessment schemes, grading and report-card generation.

Fees & accounting

Fee structures, discounts and advances, instalments, collection tracking, receipts and the books behind them.

Communication

Parent and staff notification, document templates, certificates and the content surfaces around them.

Analytics

Operational dashboards across admissions, attendance, academic performance and collections.

Multi-campus

Several campuses under one group with separation where it is required and consolidation where it is useful.

Fit

When institutions come to us

  • Administration runs on spreadsheets that only one or two people fully understand
  • Fee collection and accounting are reconciled by hand each month
  • A legacy school ERP is unsupported, or the vendor has stopped developing it
  • New campuses were added and each ended up with its own way of working
  • Parents expect information the current system cannot give them

Questions

Frequently asked

What should a school look for in ERP software?
That it matches how your institution actually works — fee structures, assessment schemes and admission workflows vary enormously between boards and institution types, and generic products tend to assume one model. Then: whether historical data can be migrated, whether administrators can operate it without IT help, and what happens at academic-year rollover.
Can you migrate from our existing school ERP?
Usually. We assess what can be extracted, map it to the new structure and rehearse the migration against real data before any cutover. Data that cannot be cleanly migrated is identified early rather than discovered at go-live.
How can schools automate fee management?
By defining fee structures and instalment schedules in the system, generating dues automatically, reconciling payments against them and surfacing outstanding balances in a single view, so collection stops depending on a manually maintained spreadsheet.
Does it work for multi-campus groups?
Yes. Each campus can run its own operations while the group gets consolidated reporting, with roles controlling who sees across campuses.
Where does AI genuinely help in a school system?
Lesson planning and question-paper drafting as a starting point for a teacher to edit, document extraction during admissions, and surfacing patterns in attendance or performance. Anything affecting a student's record or progression stays a human decision.
